Projects LNG treating and liquefaction plant

Critical infrastructure for LNG to power countries around the world

Clean Energy

Corpus Christi, TX

Description

In support of new clean energy, this project involved a liquified natural gas (LNG) treating and liquefaction plant to be placed on fixed offshore platforms. The platforms provide critical infrastructure for the delivery, storage, and regasification of LNG to power countries around the world. The project consists of 11 LNG infrastructure vessels consisting of floating storage and regasification assets. EPIC executed the pipe fabrication for the two of the 11 vessels. EPIC will produce 15,000 prefabricated pipe spools on each of the projects, including carbon steel, stainless, and high alloy materials. Each project will be executed over nine months, leveraging EPIC’s industry-leading pipe fabrication system and powered by the advanced MATVIS Project Information Management system.
